William Sitwell and Bee Wilson

We have a complicated relationship with food. It can mean love or be a tool for control. In the West we eat too much and that has its own complications. We explore our relationship with our plates with William Sitwell, the award-winning writer, Masterchef judge and editor of Waitrose Food Magazine, and Bee Wilson, Sunday Telegraph ‘Kitchen Thinker’ columnist, looking at the way we learn to eat and why food has gone so disastrously wrong for so many people.
